When end-users interact with AI Agents deployed by our customers, we may collect:

  • Messages and content: messages, queries, attachments, and other content sent to AI Agents
  • Device and session data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, session logs, and interaction timestamps
  • Optional identifiers: email address, phone number, or other personal identifiers provided by end-users during conversations

We automatically collect certain information when you use our Service:

  • Cookies and tracking data: for analytics, performance monitoring, authentication, and session management
  • System logs: error reports, performance metrics, and diagnostic information

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service: to deliver, operate, and maintain our AI Agent platform and related services

4. Data Retention

We retain personal data and conversation history for the duration of your subscription. After your subscription ends:

  • Customer account data and personal information will be deleted within 30 days of account termination unless retention is required by law
  • Conversation history and end-user data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination unless retention is required by law
  • Certain information, such as anonymized logs or metadata, may be retained for up to 180 days after subscription termination to: comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, support analytics, and improve AI models

Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at contact@amplee.io. We will process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law.

5. Security of Your Information

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption methods
  • Access controls: Strict access controls limit who can access personal data to authorized personnel only
  • Secure infrastructure: We use secure cloud infrastructure with regular security audits and monitoring
  • Regular updates: Security measures are regularly reviewed and updated to address emerging threats

Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers with their own security measures. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Our Service uses third-party AI providers to generate responses for AI Agents. When end-users interact with AI Agents:

  • Message processing: User messages may be sent to third-party AI providers for response generation. These providers have their own privacy policies and data processing practices
  • AI model training: We may opt out of using messages for AI model training where possible, depending on provider capabilities and your preferences. However, some providers may use data for training purposes as outlined in their privacy policies
  • Data storage: Raw conversation data is stored in our backend systems for inference purposes and in accordance with our retention policies. This data is used to provide context for ongoing conversations and improve service quality

7. User Rights

Depending on applicable law (including GDPR, CCPA, Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act, and other privacy regulations), users may have the following rights:

  • Deletion: Request deletion of personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Restriction: Request restriction of processing of personal data
