Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

EFFECTIVE DATE: 1 November 2025

This policy is provided by Amplee Sdn Bhd ("Amplee," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Malaysia.

1. Eligibility Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of subscription start.
  • Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis for unused subscription days, starting from the date the refund is approved by our team, not the date of submission.

2. Usage Thresholds by Plan

Refund eligibility requires accounts to meet minimum engagement metrics:

*Refund will be denied if maximum usage threshold is exceeded to prevent abuse.

Note: Conversations are automatically counted by our system; test messages, empty chats, or system-generated messages do not count toward thresholds.

3. Refund Scope

  • Refund covers subscription fees only.
  • Non-refundable items:
    • Add-ons (extra channels, extra conversations)
    • Promotional or discounted plans
  • Refund amount is pro-rated for the unused portion of the subscription. Example: For a 30-day subscription cancelled on day 10 and approved on day 12, subscription days used until approval are counted, and the remaining 18 days are refunded.

4. Refund Request & Processing

  • Submit refund requests via contact@amplee.io.
  • Include your account details and any relevant information for verification.
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.

5. Conditions & Exclusions

  • Refund is one-time per subscription. Multiple refunds for the same subscription are not allowed.
  • Refunds will not be granted if:
    • Account violates our Terms of Service
    • Fraudulent activity is detected
    • Promotional or discounted plans explicitly exclude refunds

6. Data Access After Refund

  • Upon refund approval, access to the AI Agent terminates immediately.
  • Customer Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which provides for deletion within 30 days of account termination unless retention is required by law
  • Anonymized logs or metadata may be retained for up to 180 days after account termination to comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, support analytics, and improve AI models

7. How We Protect Against Abuse

  • Only real end-user conversations are counted.
  • System automatically tracks conversations, unique users, and token usage.
  • Refund requests exceeding maximum usage or failing minimum engagement thresholds will be denied.

By requesting a refund, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund & Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
